1. Service Agreement
   Rush Expedited Courier provides transportation and delivery services for packages, documents, and other items. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this agreement.
2. Eligibility
   Our services are available to individuals and businesses that can form legally binding contracts. By using our services, you affirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
3. Service Coverage
   Rush Expedited Courier offers delivery services within the regions specified on our website. Any services outside these areas must be explicitly agreed upon in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
   
   • Providing accurate and complete information for deliveries.
   • Ensuring that items comply with applicable laws and regulations.
   • Properly packaging and labeling items to ensure safe transport.
5. Prohibited Items
   
   • Hazardous materials
   • Illegal substances
   • Explosives or flammable goods
   • Perishable items without prior agreement
   • Items prohibited by law
6. Shipping Rates and Payment
   Shipping rates are based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. All fees must be paid prior to delivery unless agreed otherwise. Rates may change at any time without prior notice.
7. Delivery Timeframes
   While we aim to meet quoted delivery times, unforeseen events may cause delays. We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, regulations).
8. Liability
   We exercise reasonable care but are only liable up to the declared value or a stated maximum amount, whichever is lower, for lost or damaged items.
9. Insurance
   Basic coverage is included. Additional insurance must be requested and paid in advance if required by the client.
10. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for failure to perform due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, or government actions.
11. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    Cancellations must be requested prior to dispatch. Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the cancellation circumstances.
12. Dispute Resolution
    Disputes are resolved through arbitration under applicable laws in the region where services were provided.
13. Amendments
    Rush Expedited Courier reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
    This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and Canada.
